Recruitment Strategy
A key success factor in a search assignment is the candidate sourcing strategy. Our methodology is to source candidates as widely as possible, and then use our assessment processes to identify candidates who meet the clients requirements. This ensures both passive and active job candidates are included in the talent pool.
A substantial part of our effort is directed at reaching out to the talent pool in related and relevant industries where prospective candidates are likely to be located. This is a highly time consuming process but critical in ensuring a successful placement.
Our research inputs provide the depth and breadth of coverage in specific targeted organisations and allow us to engage with the prospective candidates. Many of these candidates are those who are doing well in their organisations. Hence, to be successful in securing the best candidates for the client, these candidates will be approached directly by us.
All candidates submitted for the client's further consideration would have been thoroughly assessed by our consultants to determine their competencies, suitability and fit within the client's organisation. We will provide a shortlist of up to three candidates each with a report that includes the consultant's recommendation. Prior to an offer of employment, we will complete a full reference checking procedure with at least two relevant referees.
